Overview

Cherry Sublime is a seasonal release of Two Towns Cider House in Corvallis Oregon. In their words they describe it as:

Fruity & Zappy, Cherry Sublime takes you on a polyphonic trip with every sip. Luminous red sour cherry blends with electrifying lime to create a cider that will take your senses on a journey. Is it sweet or is it sour? You decide.

Tasting Notes

The cider comes in with a strong cherry and apple flavor with some some sour notes. While over all a strong cider it does suffer from a initial somewhat fake cherry flavor that quickly dissipates. The best way to describe it would be a flavor that seems like it will turn fake so you expect it to, but doesn't.

Recommended?

Definitely worth picking up to try. However I would find it hard to drink a whole 22 alone. There are better ciders out there, however this is the best cherry cider I have found.
